Guatemala is one of the most popular travel destinations in Central America. This 7th Edition updates the growing road network on the Mexican border, south of Chiapas. We still haven’t visited the area to verify road conditions, but they are improving. In the east, the road to Tikal has been improved, as well as the road to Belize, but the road network west of Tikal shows no apparent signs of getting the attention they need. The new road to Copan, in Honduras, is shown, and all four border crossings into El Salvador noted. As with past editions, this map is printed on waterproof paper.
