How Long Will My Order Take To Process?
We normally hold stock of the items shown on our website at our 12,000 sq. ft. depot and usually dispatch all orders received by 4:00pm on the same working day (orders received by 11am on Saturdays). If an item is out of stock, we will process your order as soon as it has been received, which is normally within two working days. In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock at our suppliers, we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of the expected date of arrival and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
We pack and dispatch all stock orders received before 4:00pm on weekdays (11am Saturday) the same day. Orders received after this time will usually be dispatched the following day. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail tracked 24. You should therefore typically expect your goods to arrive 24 hours after placing an order. If one of the products you have ordered is out of stock, we may deliver part of your order and send the balance when we have received it.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in to receive your order when the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office.
If the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive it. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
How Will My Order Be Packed?
We take the utmost care with each order to ensure it is carefully packed and protected against damage. Your order will normally be dispatched in a protective envelope or in a suitable box containing protective padding to protect it from damage during transit.

Please note that delivery times provided are estimates provided by the courier based on the service and are not guaranteed. Next day delivery is based on working week days for both dispatch and delivery and does not include weekend days. Orders placed on a Friday after 4:00pm, including Saturday Delivery will therefore be dispatched via 24hr courier on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
